ROGER HAYS, JR. OF PASSIOHR, INC. ELECTED TO NAPEO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alexandria, VA, October 27, 2025 — The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) announced today that Roger Hays, Jr., president and CEO of Englewood, CO-based PassioHR, Inc., has been elected to the association’s Board of Directors.

Hays is among five new industry leaders elected to serve as directors on the association’s board for the 2025-27 term. NAPEO membership elected the new slate of candidates on October 7, 2025, at NAPEO’s Annual Conference & Marketplace in Austin, Texas.

In addition to his role as president and CEO of PassioHR, Inc., Hays is chair of the Colorado Civil Justice League (CCJL) based in Denver. He also serves as chair of NAPEO’s Colorado Leadership Council.

“I am excited and proud to have been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for NAPEO, and I look forward to working with new chair Bill Maness to help shape and guide the association over the next few years,” Hays said.
